Powered by GoogleEzra was incredibly kind and helpful during the intake process. They explained everything very thoroughly and didn’t rush anything at all. It is so lovely knowing such a resource center exists, and that it’s filled with so many kind people.
Great people and very caring. May God bless them all.
This is a extremely great place to be to get help, if you're truly serious about help. These people will get you on your feet. The one (1) and only problem I've noticed is they have rules, but not many follow them and truly make it hard on those whom are here for and doing the right thing. But it's all great in the end, we as a people are truly truly lucky to have this place, and the people, and the services they offer and come through with., just good people , I thank god for them everyday.
This place is extremely quick (when it is permitted) they also are very quick to help if you are not able to get out of your vehicle. All I did was call in and told them my situation, they said no problem and came straight out to me. Wonderful experience!
I mean they want to give, but I went and was not given enough to cover my bill and I wasnt told. I was affording the daily electric, but was made to switch to monthly by KCEOC for whatever reason to recieve help and my bill has truly doubled since then, but I have not changed anything. So How can your bill double? Nothing changed except daily balance is now monthly bill?
