The Katy Isaacson and Elaine Gordon Lodge is AHRC New York City's residential summer program at 653 Colgate Road in East Jewett, in the Catskills, described by the operator as a supervised but non-restrictive summer resort for people with mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities who choose how to spend their own time. Sessions are eleven days long and accommodate up to 70 guests at a three-to-one guest-to-staff ratio, with chartered bus transportation included at no extra cost. Activities include daily swimming in a heated pool with Red Cross lifeguards and WSI-led lessons, pontoon and pedal boating on Lake Capra, dance, music, creative arts culminating in an end-of-session show, adapted sports, pony rides and grooming, and evening social programming. AHRC New York City is a nonprofit chapter of The Arc New York; applications are handled through its Referral and Information Center rather than an online form.
