I definitely want to warn others about this daycare. MONEY is the biggest priority here. My disabled daughter went here for 3 yrs and it was very good at first but then it became clear that they didn’t care to keep her safe. She suffered two injuries to her head within a short amount of time due to teachers not watching the class properly. When I tried to get my daughter moved to the better infant room, the director Paige completed gaslit me. The same director that gaslit me when I asked for my daughter to be moved because the Room 1 teacher was too lazy to stimulate the children. The same director that didn’t want my daughter to move to a toddler room so I would have to pay infant rates although my daughter is 4!!!! Oh and the hand hygiene sucks. They will definitely interact with a sick kid and them interact with a healthy kid without washing their hands. They will also allow kids to walk around with boogers running into their mouths and only wipe them when a parent asked them to wipe it knowing they saw it. 0/10 especially for special needs kids. They act like they care but they don’t.

I strongly warn any parent considering Katie's Kids Learning Center to think twice. Within just three weeks, my daughter fell sick three different times with cold and flu. She would attend for just a couple of days (Monday and Tuesday), get sick immediately, and then spend the entire next week recovering at home—only for the same cycle to repeat again. This is not a coincidence; it clearly points to a serious issue. I reported this to the 1st day of 1st week to the front desk after noticing multiple children visibly sick, yet they continue to allow sick kids to attend without any checks. This kind of negligence puts every child at risk. Even worse was the response from the owner—it honestly felt like money is top priority rather than infant’s/Toddlers/children's life. There appears to be zero accountability or concern about whether infant’s/Toddlers/children's are coming in contagious. The hygiene standards are extremely alarming. It is shocking that a place responsible for infant’s/Toddlers/children's can operate at such a low level of cleanliness and care. I had no choice but to withdraw my child immediately. I would rather lose money paying for 30 days than risk my child’s life in such an unsafe and irresponsible environment. This place fails at the most basic expectation of a daycare: keeping safe and healthy.

Katie's kids has been nothing but excellent to our daughter and family! They communicate very well throughout the day, there are always activities for the kiddos, and they truly care about each kid that walks into the doors! A safe place with quality care for children!

Words don’t express how wonderful of an environment Katie’s Kids has been for our son! They focus on small class sizes, play-based learning, encouraging each child’s individual development, providing a great variety of age appropriate activities and healthy foods, and facilitating outdoor play time almost daily (weather permitting). The staff are so loving and attentive, forming close, personal relationships with all of the kids. The facility is clean and enriching, with cool perks like outdoor water play in the summer, which my child loves! Administration and teachers have an excellent record keeping system, providing parents with daily updates in the classroom app and hosting regularly scheduled parent events and teacher conferences, in addition to daily the pickup/drop-off conversations! The staff has been really supportive of a few challenges and developmental phases our child has presented, working with us to support him through big feelings and new experiences alike. Being away from our child during the workday is hard, but it’s been a lot easier because I know that when I’m not there, my son is being fully supported and LOVED while he learns, plays, grows, and has fun with his friends. We LOVE Katie’s Kids!

My son was a pandemic baby so quality daycare was hard to come by. After being a stay at home mom for the first 15 months of his life, I had extremely high standards for the care he would receive. After two very short-lived experiences with another daycare center and a very poorly run in-home daycare, he was accepted off of the waiting list at Katie’s Kids and it has been the best thing for our family! He has been there now for about six months and I never have to question whether he is being taken care of. The updates throughout the day ease my mind and his teachers, along with the other staff, all truly care for him. He is thriving in the environment with his friends and the staff, learning so many new things, and is so happy to show up every morning! He is also reluctant to leave sometimes because he wants to keep playing 😅 I know we made the right decision with Katie’s Kids and it was well worth the wait! I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Katie, her staff, and her business!
