My children choose to come to school even when I offer a mental health day, THAT speaks volumes of this facility and I couldn’t be more happier to call them family.
★★Nueve MarkoI have lived in Saraland my whole life also went to school at every level from elementary, middle and high school. I have a daughter now who now is going to to do the same thing and she attends karing kastle. only problem i have with them is they have an app that they use to keep you updated about everything an when my daughter would come home with marks on her face an scratches they no explanation to what happened. They do not update the app when accidents happen. they act lost when you question them, the head person there was supposed to review the film and get back with me about what happened she never did but you have an app that the instructors/teachers are supposed to use when things happen they never do. my daughter tells me kids put they hands on her and hit her, but yall can use the app at every instance to tell somebody to pay this or pay that but not when it comes to the safety of the kids. they also put a weird policy in to where if you don't sign your kid in the morning it is a 25$ dollar fee which in my opinion is crazy cause we're human we forget things we have other things on our mind we aren't perfect so you charge us for that. It just seems like they care when they want an not all the time which it is there job to do that. I'm not saying don't enroll your kids there but this place is not for me or my daughter anybody can act professional an act like they care. today was her last day there, wish them nothing but the best!!!
★★★★★Childress FamilyWe just love Karing Kastle! I have three children that currently go to this wonderful establishment and I thank God that we were able to get a spot at this school. These teachers go the extra mile to make sure that your kids are well taken care of, and they actually pay attention to them and get to know them. my youngest just turned six months and they were actually able to get him to drink a bottle and I am able to still breast-feed him when he is home. This whole experience has just been amazing and I am so happy to be apart Karing Kastle . The director Mrs. Shanta is firm and straight forward! She will let you know what to expect and you can tell that she does not play lol!!
