Our family loves this place. Our oldest two started going to camp here a couple years ago. They both talk about it as “the best week of their year.” I have worked in the health center for the week that they attend camp each summer, and my husband stays with me. We sees the ins and outs of camp throughout the week unlike most parents. We have been so impressed by what this camp stands for, all that is offered to our kids, and the quality of people working here. We have felt like our kids are incredibly safe and loved here, and we have never once questioned whether it’s worth it because we’re so confident it is. If you’re looking for your child to have one of the best experiences of their year, get to try tons of fun new things, grow in their faith and confidence, and be loved by some of the most amazing staff, this is the place. 1000% recommend.

This is our third year at K-Kauai, and we’ve already booked for next year… and have invited a new family every year who have booked again as soon as they get here. Honestly, it is a hard sell to come the first time - “come spend 4 grand in Branson!” sounds like insanity. But if you would like a refreshing family all-inclusive vacation where your kids will be doted on by their councilors, go tubing on Tablerock Lake, enjoy ropes courses, zip line, canoeing, paddle boarding, escape rooms, arcade, paintball, bluff jumping and much more, or just chill by one of the pools while the kids cruise down the slides, scale the climbing wall, jump off the high dive, or float the lazy river, or go down the massive (12ft wide x 150ish ft long. Yeah, it’s big) slip-n-slide, then come join us at K-Kauai! A few things to note: 1. book early-most families come back every year, so often you will get wait-listed if you wait too long (there is already a waitlist for next year, 2025, for some sessions, and I’m writing this in June ‘24) 2. the cabanas are set up for families of 6 or less (a king bed and two sets of twin bunk beds) but you have 2 full baths in each. 3. The camp is completely fenced, so the kiddos can go play with friends without worry of them wondering off, or worries of vehicles. Honestly, most parents here have very little idea where their kids are at at any given point, but know they are safe with at least half a dozen councilors watching them everywhere on the property. 4. BRING SUNSCREEN (If you think you have enough, bring another bottle anyway and thank me later)! 5. Moms of babies and toddlers: tired of stressing about what you’re going to do for the next meal? Come let the staff watch your little ones while you relax and not worry about anything (i.e. next meal, what little Johnny is getting into, nap time, etc). 6. Dads: if you bring your wife once she’ll want to come back the following year so budget accordingly.

Perfect for summer Christian camp! The staff and grounds are excellent. The kids are getting some great spiritual life lessons. This is where I would like to go if I were a kid again. Thank you for the love that is given.
