K-State EXCITE (Exploring Science, Technology and Engineering) is a STEM outreach program from Kansas State University's KAWSE office that includes a 3-day, 2-night summer workshop on the Manhattan campus for high school students in grades 9–12. Participants do hands-on activities exploring how scientists and engineers solve real-world problems, part of KAWSE's mission to broaden participation in STEM.
