Ms Alicia and Ms Carlie and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Even with the really little kids.

The dance studio has done wonders for my very shy 4 year old! We started with Zumbini when she was a baby and now she attends ballet and tap class. She looks forward to dance every week and always leaves class with a smile and tells me how much fun she had! They do great at welcoming you into their dance family with open arms! The teachers are all very talented, compassionate and professional, you can definitely tell they truly love what they do! So glad we have such a great dance studio so close to home!

I never leave reviews, but I just couldn’t let this one go. I was recommended this studio by the local YMCA because I have a daughter on the autism spectrum and I wanted a dance program for her. They told me that a few kids in the spectrum attend that studio. I explained to the owner that she was low functioning and she told me she would talk to her instructor before the first class and get back to me the next on advice they had for me for making the program easier for my daughter. They never got back to me before the class started. I brought her to her first class, where she was immediately distracted by the mirrors. Any attempt for me to redirect her to the class led to my daughter getting upset to the point of continuous screaming and attempts to bite me. After 5 mins into the class, I took her out into the waiting area where she continued to scream. I ultimately had to leave the studio and bring my daughter home. I contacted the studio various times throughout the rest of the week on both Facebook and email, where I got prompt responses previously to the start of the first classes, to try to pay for my daughter’s tuition since we had to leave abruptly. I also was trying to get options and advice on how to proceed with future classes to make it easier on my daughter. It showed that they had read my Facebook messages and I received no reply, and when I got no response from my email I ultimately decided to not take her to that studio again. I don’t know if they were offended that I had to leave with my daughter that day without paying the tuition for the month, but I immediately contacted them before we drove home and asked how I could pay the tuition the next day. They obviously didn’t care and it was poor business practice to completely ignore someone that was just trying to help out their special needs child. I will say that Miss Hope was very professional in continuing with the class through my daughter screaming and she did try to engage her a couple of times.
