Very horrible Owner; does not even follow up on his commitment. All the good teachers have already left, it has become hopeless place that smells like mold and owners pissy anger at all times. My kids would cry a lot because of mishandling by new teachers. I would not recommend anyone to go this place. YMCA is lot better !

Am interested in registering my daughter for the “kinder gym” program. Last year I tried to register and because she was only 4 she did not meet the age requirement for this class. Fast forward to this year I again try to register online. It keeps giving me an error for her age. No problem, this could be easily cleared up. Or so I thought. I called Monday, Tuesday, Thursday twice (once before noon and once after) and all within office hours. Left a voicemail each time. My call was never answered and my voicemails never returned. So today is Friday, class starts tonight. So I drive there and was told “nobody is there to answer calls” this coming from the gal working the desk who had me fill out papers to register for the class. I asked if the number on Google was correct and she said “yes but nobody is here working in the office.” All week? Nobody can answer a ringing phone? Okay, noted! When asked questions about the program or payments she said “I’m not sure” to everything, but assured me someone would be around to answer questions tonight at class. I have the “handbook” and read it thoroughly. I have also gone thru the google reviews so i am looking forward to a much better overall experience than what has been started. First impression is telling me to not do the trial class this evening but I am willing to give this a try. Will edit and update if things turn around.

The owner is a nasty nasty mean man and your child won’t learn ANYTHING!!! My daughter has been coming here for 2 years and the day that I met the owner I dropped her out the same day! And the owner tried to charge my card for a whole extra 6 weeks that she obviously won’t be attending because I dropped her, They are the most worse gymnastics place in the Qc so choose elsewhere! The owner doesn’t care about your complaints he treats you like poop which is why everyone he hires sucks!! They don’t take pride in teaching the kids the girls who teach them argue and complain about one another because the other one was late and they overall act like they hate their job!! Also my daughter missed so many classes and they wouldn’t let me make them up because they don’t ever have any teachers to work most day because they barely get business because everyone goes to the other gymnastics place! Just look for a different place they don’t deserve your business here! People don’t leave 1 star for no reason!

Oh, where do I even begin? If only there were a rating lower than zero star! What an absolutely delightful experience I had at the center. Picture this: my three-year-old daughter, on her very first day, was understandably upset, crying and not ready to leave me. I kept trying to hand her over to the trainer, but let's be real, she's just a little kid. The trainer was sympathetic and made efforts to assist my daughter. The owner then appears out of nowhere, giving off a look that could curdle milk. Not only did he gave me the nastiest glare, but he also tried to scare my daughter. Surprise, surprise, she started screaming. Later, when we dared to speak to him in the lobby, he treated us like unruly students instead of paying customers. How charming!! So disrespectful, I can't explain here.. We were so thrilled by this experience that we left immediately. Unfortunately, because we were so excited about gymnastics, we had already paid the full amount for a two-month program before the class started. After just one glorious week, we decided we couldn't handle the owner's "charm" any longer. My husband went to the center to discuss our decision with the receptionist. The owner, in his infinite wisdom, refused to come out and talk. To add a cherry on top, they refused to give us a prorated refund. Isn't that just the epitome of excellent customer service? How anyone can justify keeping money for the services not rendered. Beware of these lovely folks and their facility, where money clearly trumps any notion of human decency. I'll request reader not to consider this center at all and get enrolled your kids where owner shows some respect..

My daughter has been going to Jump Start for over a year now and she loves it. She looks forward to going every week and she really enjoys the coaches. Today we had her birthday party here and the Jump Start team did an amazing job. They handled the decorations, entertainment for the kids, and the clean up. If you are looking for a gymnastics place or a birthday party spot, I highly recommend Jump Start. Thank you guys again!
