I loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked in, Michelle advised they were waiting for me meaning the therapist, even though she was doing other things. That was very warming and welcoming. Kelsey was amazing, I loved her energy and Jaeden seemed to enjoy her as well. He gave her his hands meaning he felt good and ok to say hello to her. She made me feel comfortable and provided me the documents I needed to fill out for Jaeden. The therapist Jennifer I believe or Jessica was amazing ! She was very informative and gave some suggestions on what Jaeden will work on while he is attending the music therapy. I loved how clean the waiting are is and how professional everyone was. I absolutely loved that they have cameras in each room for the parent to see and feel safe while their child is in their hands. I can not wait to have Jaeden start his sessions.
