Powered by GoogleJoyful Music Therapy has been such a treasure in the life of my autistic son. The staff there is simply amazing. My son works with Ms. Jenn and she is wonderful with him. we highly recommend Joyful Music.
We have been coming to Joyful Music Therapy for a few years seeing Ms Amber who is absolutely wonderful with my child on the Autism Spectrum. Not only is he learning about musicality and how to play different instruments but benefits such as social skills, communication, cognitive thinking, emotional regulation, self esteem and sensory motor skills. We really do love and appreciate all the staff and therapists at Joyful Music.
We love this place! My son looks forward to making music with Jenn each week and the sessions have really helped him grow in many ways. We appreciate that Jenn incorporates allowing my son to explore all of his different instruments while still completing their tasks for their “normal schedule.” The experience we have had with Joyful Music Therapy has been great thus far and I hope that my son can continue to be a part of this program for many years to come!
My kids have been with Joyful Music Therapy for almost a year. They have been doing so well here and wait all week to come! Amber and Mr. Anthony are amazing! They are so on top of everything and happy to change things up based on what’s going on with the kids. There is a great family feel to the place and you can see that the therapists love what they do. My kids have CMS insurance and it’s completely covered which is so nice. Definitely give it a try!
First time coming here after my son was approved for music therapy to do an evaluation. I loved the atmosphere as soon as we walked in, Michelle advised they were waiting for me meaning the therapist, even though she was doing other things. That was very warming and welcoming. Kelsey was amazing, I loved her energy and Jaeden seemed to enjoy her as well. He gave her his hands meaning he felt good and ok to say hello to her. She made me feel comfortable and provided me the documents I needed to fill out for Jaeden. The therapist Jennifer I believe or Jessica was amazing ! She was very informative and gave some suggestions on what Jaeden will work on while he is attending the music therapy. I loved how clean the waiting are is and how professional everyone was. I absolutely loved that they have cameras in each room for the parent to see and feel safe while their child is in their hands. I can not wait to have Jaeden start his sessions.
