Joy of the People
Private
Joy of the People is a Twin Cities nonprofit soccer organization whose summer camps run every week of the summer at its St. Paul site on Cromwell Avenue, for kids ages 5 through high school. Families can pick full-day or half-day sessions, buy weekly camps, use a punch card, or take an 'Endless Summer' option covering the whole season; pricing ranges from about $239 per week to $1,395 for the summer. The camp's approach centers on free play rather than drill-heavy instruction, treating play as the way kids develop. The organization also runs fall and spring leagues and winter skill training.

We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Joy of the People directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleGood club. Inviting and nice welcoming to everyone. They have open free play for anyone weekdays from 3:30-5pm. Must have clean indoor shoes to play indoor futsal.
Emphasis on joy, love of the game, community, leading by example, respect, good sportsman ship, character…foundational skills for soccer and life. We love this model and the coaches!
The JOTP philosophy is so fundamentally sound and effective, I am constantly looking for ways to apply it in my kids’ other activities. Brilliant soccer program. Produces happy kids and amazing players.
Joy of the People exceeds all my expectations about kids "learning" soccer. Promotes family, teamwork, free play, and respect for all! Most remarkable organization I have EVER been privileged enough to be a part of.
JOTP is a great organization in Saint Anthony Park. Great members of the community with wonderful programming for kids. The park and rec center are always buzzing with activity. My favorite park in Saint Paul.
