I give this place a 1 star. There is a lot of shouting towards the children from the people in charge. There is no order what so ever. Admin in the front offices are just there. You don’t see them helping on the floor whatsoever. Last year it seemed like it was under control when Ms. Hannah ran it. This year it seems like they are over capacity for the ratio of children:adults. They are on their second director since her leaving. Some of the kids are rude and disrespectful but they are so short-staffed that they can’t get a handle on it. It’s a Peter pays for Paul type of situation. If one group does something, it affects all other groups. They need better staffing, who are respectful to kids and better student:adult ratio. Shouting doesn’t solve anything. The adults working in the facility need intense training on how to handle children without shouting all the time. The only one who gets on the kids level and encourage them is Mr. Javi. There is also a big safety risk in that the doors do not lock and so anyone can get in.

Wonderful concept, just terrible individual behind the counter, Julie I apologize but I value your opinion but treating everyone the same isn't how thing should be handled. I feel judged and discredited because you think you "know" someone.

Nonprofits!!! $80 a week for one kid is non-profits? I think its A little bit high price in compare to the other's boy's and girl's club.
