Jefferson Community Center
Westside Community Improvement Association, Inc. · Private
The Jefferson Community Center and Park in Eureka is run by the Westside Community Improvement Association, a local nonprofit. Its summer offerings for kids center on free outdoor enrichment and activities such as park visits, gardening, beach outings, and camping-style trips, paired with a USDA Summer Food Service Program providing free meals to any child age 18 and under. It functions as a neighborhood community center and meal-and-enrichment program rather than a structured registered day camp.

Powered by GoogleThe individuals running this community support/ improvement operation are absolutely stellar. They work there tails off in the name helping others. Truly an inspiration in lacking times.
I love hanging out in their Cafe, it's a nice quiet place to sit and do work.
The free produce every Saturday is my favorite new discovery….sooo much produce for free…EVERY WEEK! Amazing! 😻
Great atmosphere and community building experience Enjoyed the wildflower show
I attended a birthday party here. It was a great spot because it had picnic tables, bbqs and a play ground for the kids. I noticed alot neighbors coming out to play also. This is a great little spot to hang with the kiddos or have an outdoor bday bash.
