My granddaughter has enjoyed all the different arts and crafts. The staff is great, and such a great program the city has implemented.

Spring break was a good introduction. Kids seem to enjoy it but I have doubts about the youngsters outdoors supposedly watching the kids. I guess they really don't helicopter the kids and only intervene for serious issues. We encountered two issues and both were handled professionally by the office administrators.

We were told that after the church service that finished at 12:30 that we would be able to go in & set up. So with what was said to us, we were convinced this was the place to rent for the baby shower. Sunday came and we got there with all the food, cake, & everything else and to our surprise, the place was closed. I called 311, they gave me the phone number to the park police, which I did call immediately & they told me that they would not open till 15-30 minutes prior to the rental time. This information was not what we had been told to us by the employees that were there when we went to go look at the facility. People had left, we were stuck with so much food, drinks, cases of water, etc. I gave it 1 (ONE) star because I needed to post. I do want to mention that we had an awesome lady that showed up & she was helpful. I give her 5 stars. I'm not giving the facility nor the other employees that lied to us the 5 stars.
