The staff and members are all very friendly and welcoming. Clean towels are always available. I enjoy the group exercise classes (there's a ton of variety with great instructors) and I also enjoy the small group training classes (signature) classes for a more individualized training approach to compliment the group exercise classes. The newly renovated Fox building is beautiful with a fresh clean locker room and beautifully renovated fitness space.
