Ithaca Youth Bureau
Private
The Ithaca Youth Bureau, a public agency established in 1948, runs summer day camps at two city parks: Cass Park for ages 5–8 and Stewart Park for ages 8–14. Both offer full-day and half-day options running 9 a.m.–4 p.m. (with early drop-off from 7:30 a.m.) and a mix of arts and crafts, swimming, boating, archery, drama and games, with a nurse on-site.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Ithaca Youth Bureau directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleNothing but great things to say about the Ithaca Youth Bureau! We are so fortunate to have the services that the IYB provides. My daughter is part of their Big Brothers, Big Sisters program (BBBS) program and we are extremely grateful. The staff is just incredible! If you have a child under the age of 13 or so, I highly recommend looking into all of the programs they provide.
