The Ithaca Youth Bureau, a public agency established in 1948, runs summer day camps at two city parks: Cass Park for ages 5–8 and Stewart Park for ages 8–14. Both offer full-day and half-day options running 9 a.m.–4 p.m. (with early drop-off from 7:30 a.m.) and a mix of arts and crafts, swimming, boating, archery, drama and games, with a nurse on-site.

My daughter is part of their Big Brothers, Big Sisters program (BBBS) program and we are extremely grateful. The staff is just incredible! If you have a child under the age of 13 or so, I highly recommend looking into all of the programs they provide.
