So many cancelled classes without reimbursement. The previous owner used to automatically reduce our rate when there were holidays on class days. Under new management, there have been so many cancelled classes with and without notice. Two weeks ago, my husband and other parents were waiting over half an hour and no coach showed up. The next week, I took my son and saw a parent inquiring about what happened the previous week. The lady denied it and said there was a coach present so I mentioned about my husband was there to confirm that no one came. It looked like she didn’t believe us, said she’d check on it and never came back us. It’s been awhile since I’ve observed a class, my husband usually goes and said the quality of the class has gone downhill. I did notice that, there was no class management and I felt that’s a safety issue. We will be looking for a new gym especially with all the class cancellations with no notice or reimbursement and lack of empathy.

This is such a sad review to write. For whatever reason the owner/management has run this once amazing gym and staff to the ground in a matter of months. Try Ohana Gymnastics in Waipahu. New but very promising with amazing coaches!

Do not recommend right now. We were on the wait list over a year and a half. Everything was amazing for a few months and then really went down hill. Constant turnover with coaches and the new ones are on their phones way too much / don’t seem to really want to be there.

We are very disappointed in how Island Tumblers Gymnastics handled our situation. What was once our favorite place for our child has now become a huge disappointment. After raising concerns about unsafe conditions, we received no email, no response, and no refund. The gym has only one coach overseeing the entire school, and all the other coaches have left. This lack of support made us feel that our child’s safety was not a priority. She loved this place, and it’s devastating for her to have to walk away because of how poorly things are being managed. Families deserve communication, accountability, and a safe environment for their children—and unfortunately, we could no longer get that here.

Fantastic facility. Fantastic coaches (Aloha Charles and Warren!). Fantastic programs. Fantastic equipment. We loved just about everything about this company. 11/10 do recommend. The expense and experience are totally well valued. Only cons: lack of A/C and the tiny parking lot that is overfull and full of loose gravel. Those are the only day ruiners I can think of, but I was willing to suffer beyond those to get my girl to her awesome class after school.
