We ultimately chose to leave due to concerns with communication, transparency, and team culture. Communication was primarily through Facebook, responses were inconsistent, and there was no management available on weekends. Parents are not allowed to observe practices, and cameras do not include audio, which limits visibility into coaching and interactions. Our child reported discouraging coaching comments and unkind peer behavior that did not appear to be addressed. When we raised concerns, they were denied rather than discussed. This may work for some families, but it was not the right environment for ours.

We decided to try Island All-stars based on all the excellent reviews. My kids have been coming here for about 6 months now. I was only planning on signing up one of my daughter's and they both ended up signing up. They love tumbling so much! They have both progressed so much! I am so happy to have found this perfect place! All the staff and coaches are phenomenal! We are so happy we found you!! Thank you for all you do!!

Last night was our first night at Island, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. My daughter had a cheer-related injury and surgery just seven months ago, which left her with a lot of fear around tumbling again. After leaving her old gym, we still wanted to keep her skills up—but we weren’t sure how it would go. After just one night at Island, my daughter regained her skills and began overcoming that fear, thanks to the incredible Coach Paul during her private lesson. His patience, encouragement, and coaching truly made all the difference. On top of that, the environment at Island is so warm and welcoming. From the front desk staff who answered all of our questions, to the bright, friendly faces that greet you the moment you walk in—it truly feels like a place that cares. I have a strong feeling this is going to become our new spot

This is a very nice facility. The owner. Seems awesome. He was friendly and funny and very cool. As far as the quality of their service, they are producing a lot of great talent. I love watching the athletes and gymnasts. They are doing great work here. My baby did her back hand spring 😁

So where do I start?! 9 months in and Island Allstars is by far the best decision I have made as far as choosing a cheer gym that’s not just a gym but a family oriented facility full of owners and coaches that absolutely LOVE your kids! After being apart of 2 gyms prior to IA my kids were bullied and bothered daily called names and coaches treated them like animals, they literally lost their love for cheer and their spirits dropped. My friend Brittany C, told me that Island is the best to bring them so I did and boy am I glad 🥰 no turning back . Thank you to each coach that has worked with my kiddos Lulu Jorden and Zoey so far and brought back their Love for cheer confidence and for treating them so well! Jon and Michael thank you for all you do and all you continue to do for my children and our family through even the roughest of times we have came to . No words could truly express the gratitude we have for you ! IT WAS ALWAYS 🏝 ISLAND!
