Powered by GoogleIf I could add TEN STARS for the International Music Camp, I seriously would! I began as a young, middle school percussionists 60 years ago and because of an IMC guest band director who said to my parents after our grand finale concert, "folks, your daughter has talent. Don't let it go to waste!", my life's trajectory was established. Don't get me wrong. I wasn't some musical child prodigy. I had auditioned LAST of 14 percussionists. 5 seconds of UPLIFT changed my life forever!! IMC is THEE BEST. Period!
My kid liked this place for the week she spent there, so that is great! However, this review is on the facility and cost. The price of this music camp is almost 500 bucks and the facilities are not air conditioned for the kids, which can be a problem in the 95 degree North Dakota heat in the summer. The kids were also advised to not drink the water, which lead to a great deal of expense at the concession stand during the week.
I've been going their since 6th grade and I absolutely love it
fun place I want to keep on going there best week of my whole life :)
