Colorado-based provider of before-school, after-school and summer camp programs delivered inside partner schools. Programming pairs daily homework help with Innovation Stations that combine STEM activities such as coding, robotics, drone engineering and design challenges with active play. Families schedule and pay only for the days their child attends, the provider accepts CCAP child-care assistance, and scholarships are offered at each partner school. Enrollment generally runs through the partner school rather than being open to the public.

★ShanI’m extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and communication at this program. Yesterday, I waited outside the school for 30 minutes with my children and no staff ever showed up. There were no calls, no texts, no emails, nothing. I had to take my kids back home and ended up late to work because of their complete lack of planning. Today, they sent out a notice saying they would open late due to car trouble. So clearly, they can communicate when they choose to. There was no explanation for why parents weren’t given the same courtesy yesterday. I pay for 6:30 am coverage. If a staff member can’t make it, there should be a backup ready to go. Parents shouldn’t be left stranded two days in a row, scrambling to get to work and trying to figure out childcare at the last minute. This has been unprofessional, inconsistent, and unacceptable. I’m now strongly reconsidering using this program at all.

Innovation Learning before/after school program is part of our family’s positive support system. He loves all the teachers/staff here. Communication is great. Any questions or concerns I have had, have always been quickly addressed. Everyone has been so kind, caring, and friendly. I love seeing how comfortable and happy he is here. Please continue supporting/helping kids with their homework during after school program. It's so important and greatly appreciated. Patti from customer service is always friendly, extremely helpful, and understanding. She is fantastic and helped me so many times throughout the school years. I needed help to find a summer camp for my son and it was a last-minute request. She did not hesitate to help me right away...she personally contacted the site coordinator the same day to ensure my son’s enrollment could be approved. I greatly appreciate it! Thank you, Patti!!!
