Innovate Martial Arts has become a second home for us- I can’t say enough great things about the staff and what it has done for my son. My son started at the end of 2020, after trying multiple sports & clubs that didn’t seem to ‘fit’. Shortly after joining, it became clear that this was where he wanted to focus his energy. He loved coming to classes, was making a strong group of friends and felt like he belonged. Once he started competing, he was all in! Besides the physical aspect of the sport, it had given him such strong leadership skills as well. I repeatedly hear from teachers that he is a confident student, leads by example and has strong public speaking skills- which I 100% believe were strengthened by his experience at innovate. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Innovate. Everyone devotes so much time and energy to all they do. They have created such a strong family oriented environment that we absolutely love being part of.

My son is about to be 4 so my husband and I thought it would a great time to start him in martial arts. He tried 2 classes and would not get on the mat. We ended up deciding we will try again in a month or 2 when he feels a little more comfortable but I wanted to talk about how amazing the staff was despite him being scared of the mat. Ms. Malvino was incredibly welcoming and understanding and Mr.Walls kept visiting my son in his seat, motivating him to try while making it fun. Nothing but nice things to say about Innovate and we can't wait to be back when the time is right!

Senior Master Turner has created a school where students can feel safe, have fun, and thrive. Ms. Malvino, the general manager, ensures the school runs smoothly. She’s always encouraging, welcoming, and happy to help. We always look forward to seeing her. Mr. Walls is incredibly patient and inspires students to do their best while setting high goals. Most importantly, he does this with kindness and an understanding of both children's (and adults') developmental needs. He brings out the best in his students. The entire staff leads by example, consistently going the extra mile. They show integrity, dedication, and a genuine care for the families who train here. Innovate is more than just a martial arts school—it's a supportive, uplifting community, and we’re so grateful to be a part of it.

He recently earned his black belt here, and along the way, he has also enjoyed their summer camps, spring break camps, and Parents Night Out events. Everything is well run and fun! The staff truly make this place special. Ms. Malvino is an amazing manager who is always friendly, helpful, and organized. Master Turner, the owner, leads with passion and professionalism, and Mr. Walls is a fantastic instructor who is great with the kids. My son took a trial class at Innovate Martial Arts and was immediately hooked. Master Turner incorporates modern training with the traditional martial arts training so that every child is engaged and active. More importantly he teaches students life skills, such as respect, confidence, discipline among other skills that children can use in their daily lives. The school is clean and professionally run by Mrs. Turner and Master Turner. Innovate is great for children of all ages and adults, I highly recommend taking a trial class to see for yourself!
