InnerCity Tennis is a Minneapolis nonprofit that runs affordable summer youth tennis, most notably Summer Tennis in the Parks (June-July, ages 6-17) with one-hour sessions grouped by age across city parks for $50/week, plus free Super Saturdays clinics for ages 3-18. Instruction pairs tennis fundamentals with physical activity and life skills, and scholarships are available.

Powered by GoogleMy son has been taking lessons there for a number of seasons now. Great indoor facilities, and good coaches. Nice waiting area for parents. The parking lot is a disaster, however. VERY tight parking spots, and little street parking nearby. Would be helpful if the spots were angled parking.
Huge place to get Tennis lessons in all levels from kids to grownups. Kid friendly and coaches seem very patient with kids.
Great experience on our first visit! 12 yo daughter had a great time at the Saturday free class and all the instructors were super friendly and helpful.
Love the Super Saturdays program for my 3 and 7 year old! 🎾 They always have a good time. Great physical activity mixed with fun and good music. ☺
Fabulous tennis program for youth. Updated facility with much improved lighting. Unfortunately, parking remains as horrible as ever. Parking lot is too small, spaces are too small, and street parking is often jammed. Facility (and city of Minneapolis) should allow parking on the north side of the complex (where they just planted a bunch of trees that look as if their lifespan will be minimal).
