Youth springboard diving club that runs weekly Learn-to-Dive summer camps for beginners at the EWU Aquatic Center in Cheney, the only facility in the Spokane region with indoor diving boards. Campers learn safe use of the diving board plus front and back jumps in tuck, pike and straight positions, head-first line-up entries, and somersaults as they progress. Sessions run Monday-Thursday from 9-10am for a week at $75, so this is a one-hour daily session rather than a day camp, and divers must pass a swim test on day one. The club recommends about age 6 and up with no stated upper limit, and offers a limited number of scholarships, payment plans and an automatic sibling discount.

Powered by GoogleOur son started with summer Learn to Dive lessons at age 9, and joined the team for the school year. He loves Dryland and water practice, and earned his way to Nationals in his first year!
Our kids had a blast! The coaches encouraged the students to push themselves, while also being accommodating for kids with different skill levels.
I have been diving for almost three years now and I still love to dive and jump and go to dry land. My coaches are encouraging and my teammates keep it fun. I recommend inland empire diving highly.
We've been diving with Inland Empire Diving for several years and would highly recommend giving the team a try! Our kids say the coaches are really nice, you get to try cool stuff, and they love the new dives they learn. A huge thanks to the coaches for investing in our kids and families!
I can’t recommend Inland Empire Diving enough! My son (12) and daughter (10) have been diving 2x-3x a week for 3 months and have improved their skills greatly. Coach Aaron and Coach Cate are absolutely incredible. They offer individualized, one-on-one training with each diver. They never yell in correction, but instead meet each diver right where they are at in the process. It is a place where they are both encouraged and challenged to grow as divers and individuals. Diving emphasizes core strength, mental focus and body awareness. It has been rewarding to watch my kids learn to make their mind and body work together. Both kids LOVE and look forward to going to dive each week. Inland Northwest Diving is a true treasure. We are blessed to have this resource in the Inland Northwest and I highly recommend giving it a try. -Sheila R. Cheney, WA
