Powered by GoogleThe steam room is always broken. Who is the ceo and why doesn’t he ever care? Why do we even pay full price for the membership is things are constantly down and not working. We really need a new gym out here with a sauna or stem room.
Very good facility!! Although the aquatics director is a little on the inappropriate side. Not very friendly to his staff from what I have seen. Definitely an inappropriate comment or two to his younger female staff. Otherwise, great facility for sure. Would recommend the gym.
I think this is one of the best places, Val, Erin, Peggy, Luke all do a great job. There are others also that do a great job but I don’t know all their names. When I joined I did not think I would like it because it’s a corporate place, I was going to a family owned gym years ago and thought the Y would be too corporate ran but I was so wrong, they treat you like family and the friends I have met make me feel like home. I highly recommend you checking this place out.
I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid and I’ve definitely seen the building fall into disrepair, but at the end of the day they offer excellent programs and I am seeing some improvements start to be made. I really hope I get to see even further improvements in the future! I do wish there were still lanes available to swim during swim team practice too since that’s the only time I can go.
Wow what an impressive YMCA with a huge fitness room as well as a weight lifting area with platforms. Large sport room for cycling classes, stretching, etc. Huge pool area with an eight lane pool as well as a large recreational pool area for kids. Very nice locker rooms, two male, two females and family as well. Concessions, racquetball, steam room, and skateboard area outside of facility. Some of the equipment is dated, but they were replacing with several new machine during our visit. An Awesome Y.
