Powered by GoogleAll the care about is money. Our team played in soccer game recently and won then they changed the results and made our chances in a tournament nearly impossible.
Our daughter played for 2 years on a Rush RDL team. My husband coached one of those years. The people on our team were great. However, club level communication and decision making was poor. Sometimes refs were not even provided for the games so a parent (not even a coach) was forced to ref. We were scheduled to play back-to-back games in tournaments where the other team was well rested. We were not allowed to have a girl 1 year older on our roster, but we were forced to play against several teams during the season where the whole team was a year older than our players. Keep in mind this is a league that does keep track of scores and standings. Our contact info was used by a former Rush employee to advertise for his new business, leading me to lots of concerns about the Rush organization and security of their administrative files (which include copies of my daughter's birth certificate, as required.) My U11 daughter tried out for their competitive league this year but are SO glad we took an offer with a different team instead. Our friends who accepted a Rush competitive offer and paid the Rush deposit later found out Rush was dropping their team... And this was discovered after unreturned calls to coaches and directors and a full 2 months after commiting to the team with a deposit. There are a lot of soccer clubs in the Treasure Valley. We have not been impressed with Rush
Hands down the best competitive soccer league in Idaho as well as amazing summer camps. All of our kids have gone through their training and they’ve become very knowledgeable and focused on true skills that can later be applied in play. Thank you coach Lee, Logan and Armando for your perfect balance of grit and fun.
What is wrong with these ppl. Scheduling a children's soccer tournament to start at 8 am on a Saturday. Dragging the kids out of bed in the dark at 6am. This is ridiculous. No sporting event should ever start before 11 am, but 8 am is criminal. Parents are all miserable, no one even cares about the game, everyone just wants to go home and sleep. Will never sign up again if Rush is the host
Traveled there for an ECNL-RL event with our team a couple of weeks ago. Very very poor fields, no water for players (only Ecnl event we've attended this was not provided). Played the other club from Idaho in our conference the day prior and it was night and day different. Organized, and very welcoming. Hope Idaho Rush can find better facilities to play on in the future and take some pride in their presentation of their club.
