Idaho BaseCamp is an educational nonprofit (founded 1998) on Trail Creek between Ketchum and Mackay that runs outdoor and wilderness programs for youth. Its flagship summer day camp, Mountain Adventure Tours, serves 500+ children ages 4-14 with themed weekly outdoor adventures; it also runs multi-night 5th-grade camp-out trips at its Big Lost Campus and nature-based early learning for ages 4-6. A 5th-grade outdoor program is free to students in Blaine County and several other Idaho districts.
