Zero Rating – Disappointed by Unfair Treatment had an appointment scheduled at 4:30 PM with Dr. M. Karkuri. Due to work commitments and picking up my child from school, I was delayed by just 15 minutes. I called multiple times in advance to inform the staff, and they assured me it was fine. I arrived at 4:45 PM, and the receptionist even confirmed I was on time within that grace period. Despite this, I was told my appointment would not be honored, and I was asked to reschedule. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially after managing work and family responsibilities to make it there. A little understanding and flexibility could have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant, and I left feeling unvalued as a patient.

Both of our kids attended spring break camps at this iCode location last week and they had the best time! They can’t wait to attend a summer camp. This is a great learning environment, very nice facility, and they had fun while learning new skills that they were excited to show off (video production & creating their own video game). Mr. Phillip was very hands on and both kids spoke highly of him. Very pleased with this iCode location and our experience there. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our very informative tour with owner Phillip. He even gave us a live demonstration on the 3D printer and made a Christmas ornament right in front of us! The facility is beautiful and clean and has enough space to host events. We look forward to starting our coding classes soon and will update review with those details.
