Powered by GoogleHorrible. Weird male leader that seemed very into younger girls. Don’t send your kids here.
I was there January 27, 2024 with Peace Luthern Church Gahanna. I was with Amelia Shrum and a medical student (both are not in the photo) and was praying the rosary with both Amelia and the medical student at the triangular alter shown in the picture. The triangular altar felt like the perfect place to pray the rosary. I also like how they have a rectangular altar that looks like Traditional Latin Mass. I cannot wait until the next time I am at the camp to pray the rosary. It feels so calming over there.
Great pancake breakfast in the woods. Good food, and some of the best real maple syrup around. We make it a yearly visit.
Luther Memorial Camp is one of our congregation’s favorite places to send youth on a weekend faith retreat. Hannah Demare, Camp Director of LMC, does an excellent job engaging the youth and the adult sponsors during their time at camp. Send your children for camp when you get the opportunity! Our children love it because they grow in their faith there and your children will grow in the faith there too!
No other camp connects you to God and nature like LMC does. I have enjoyed learning about both as a staff member for the last 14 years.
