The coordination, communication, and basic professionalism are nonexistent. It’s clear that the priority is profit over the experience of the athletes, coaches, and families. From botched online registrations to inaccurate score reporting, there is zero attention to detail. To top it off, their own website features unedited AI-generated text (including the "If you want, I can also give you..." prompt), which perfectly illustrates their lack of care. Save your time, money, and energy—stay away from their future tournaments. If I could give zero stars I would. Smh

★Deirdre ToenjesRuns disorganized tournaments, changes schedules 1 hour before game time, punishes the players for their disorganization, site directors are extremely disrespectful with no customer service background. Complete disregard for teaching players what’s right. Charges way too much for spectator entry fees. Such a bad organization for youth sports, players learn quickly everything that is unfair.
