Holly City Family Center is a community gym and indoor pool at 8 E Mulberry St, Millville, NJ, described as the only full-access gym with an indoor pool in Millville, Cumberland County. It runs 11 weeks of summer day camp for children from kindergarten through 5th grade; campers get half-hour swim lessons twice a week, open swim every day, age-appropriate crafts, sports and games, walks to the park, exercise classes, guest speakers and an afternoon snack. The center also runs a holiday camp when schools close after Christmas and Easter, and sells memberships covering open swim, aquatic and group fitness classes, a weight room, sauna and cardio room.

At the start of summer my daughter was swimming a little but only where she could reach in the shallow end. HCFC offers swimming lessons during their free swim time for the kids. After the first two weeks of participating in lessons she was swimming freely in the deep end without swimmies or a life vest. She's swimming under water down to the bottom of the pool picking up pool toys and is now a comfortable and confident swimmer. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. My daughter often forgets her belongings there and they are always there in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this place. They run a wonderful program with weekly themes and visits from the ice cream man. The hours are perfect for working families they offer free before and after care and it's been an all around amazing experience for my child. Thank you to the staff for making this a summer to remember for my daughter. We will definitely be joining again next year. Also, they accept Rutgers which is extremely helpful for low income families. 10 out of 10!! ❤️
