Powered by GoogleLove Hodia... Been going since I was a kid now as staff member. It's great seeing the kids make new friends with other kids with type 1 diabetes while doing fun activities...
This is a premier type 1 youth diabetes program that holds week-long camps for a variety of ages throughout the summer and the year. Their specialty is equipping and encouraging young people who have type 1 diabetes to be and do everything they have in their hearts to achieve. Amazing staff and leaders!
I absolutely love this camp! I was at there teen camp. The committee aspect is huge. It's almost like a big family. Everyone there respects and cares for each other. It's a really good experience for people with type 1 Diabetes. You learn so much about Diabetes management, and meet so many other people that are going through the same struggles as you.
Incredible organization focused completely on our Type 1 diabetic kids community. They make every event special for the kids and their families, even during difficult times like this past year. We love them!
Camp Hodia is the best for T1D kids and parents. My daughter has attended for 5 years. They take realky good care of our kids. The kids have so much fun doing activities. As a parent I enjoy knowing that they also help educate the kids. My daughter always comes home more empowered with taking care of herself. Thank you Camp Hodia!!
