Powered by Googlevery disappointed with this location. we are visitors from California and were trying to rent a cage for our daughter who plays 10U and has a championship game the day after we land. this website says nothing about “only open on reservations” and when we arrived it was closed. We called the number and were told by Mike that he only opens on reservations. He asked if we were locals, and we said no that we were traveling then proceeded to say that because we were not from here, he would charge us $3 an hour (we planned to book for one hour which would have been $180). We also saw the special he’s promoting for Mondays $40 and he said it was no longer available because it was reserved long in advance. We asked if there was anything he could do since our daughter has a championship game and he bluntly said no. Men like Mike are truly the definition of NOT DOING IT FOR THE KIDS & not the Ohana we’re used to.
best cage I've ever been to so many bats and helmets when I came unprepared, water, nice turf
I must admit I’ve never been in this place but after a run-in with the owner this morning (10:30 am) I never will. I will confess, I did park in one of the Hitters Paradise many open designated spots and occupied it for less than 60 seconds while I took two bags of donations to the Goodwill bin across the street. I saw this as a better option than clogging up the entire street. Walking the 15 steps back to my car, the owner verbally accosted me from his massive truck and requested payment for visiting his establishment (although it wasn’t open). He tried to block my vehicle in, preventing me from vacating a precious spot while then exhibiting further belligerence by harassing the Goodwill employees. I’m sure this is aggravating to no end, I personally am a creature of habit in regards to my own parking spaces and as a result will never park in any of his business’ spots again because it’s pretty clear he’s got a chip on his shoulder about this. As a petite woman, I’ll avoid another aggressive confrontation for my own safety and recommend others do as well.
This is a multi-lane (7 lanes?) batting cage with batting machines. There is a restroom, water bottle filler, lots of fans to keep cool, and an upstairs gallery for anyone waiting. Your player needs an adult to feed the pitching machine. Coach Mike was easy to work with (text to schedule and Venmo to pay) and facility is nice. My 12 year old player would have come here daily if I let him!
Amazing experience. In Maui on vacation and brought our daughter here for some softball training. Mike was great the moment we walked in the door. Jerry delivered some amazing training and took the time to review it all with me when he was finished. After that Cameron took over and continued with more outstanding training. Wish we had time for more sessions. These guys are amazing and have a great deal of knowledge to share. I would highly recommend hitters paradise. Next time we're back in Maui these gentlemen will definitely be seeing us again. Thanks alot guys. Great work.
