The staff was outstanding and handled everything, which made the party so much less stressful for us as parents. We especially loved how the coaches stayed on the floor with the kids, helping them safely use the equipment and keeping everyone engaged and having fun. We also had a few guests with special needs, and the staff accommodated them very well and made sure everyone felt included. I would definitely recommend having a birthday party here, and we plan to book future parties at HI-NRG as well!

Communication is always clear and helpful, which makes everything so easy for parents. It’s also really convenient that they have multiple locations. We had went to a birthday party there for a friend last year and knew it was the perfect location for my son's party. Working with Coach Sam to get everything scheduled was super easy and she answered all of my questions. We went the running track, trampoline, obstacle course and the bounce house. My son had so much fun as well as his friends. The coaches were friendly and excellent with the kids. They made sure the kids were safe and had fun.
