Heart of the City

The coaches arent the ones who seem to push this, but the other reps of HOTC are to blame. This is the 2nd session where they are making these kids (ages 6 and 9) fill out 3-4 page survey during their practice - most of the questions my poor 6yr old didnt even understand. I complained the first session, but apparently they don't care. I didnt pay for him to fill out a survey, I paid for my son to practice. Now we are 15mins in and they are still filling this survey out. I would rather invest more somewhere else where they value the kids and their development. Oh and it had to be the kids, I couldn't fill it out for my boys. I will be finding another program.

I was a player at this club and before registering I specifically asked if I would be on a certain team, and they assured me that I would be. However, they ended up creating another team without notifying me and placed me on that one instead. When I registered I put in a deposit of 150 dollars and my dad talked to the club director Dean and he said that that was not a reason to give me the deposit back. I also tried to stay in the club and tried out for the youth above my group and was notified I was not ready yet. We tried to stay at the club because 150 dollars is a lot of money, which they kept.

Amazing organization! Helped me learn more about college when I was a senior and then after attending clc I went to their id camp that helped me find my home for my last 2 years. Such amazing people.
