Head Over Heels in Vestal is a gymnastics, ninja and tumbling facility that runs summer day-camp sessions for children ages 4 and up (must be potty-trained). Half-day sessions run 9 a.m.–noon and 1–4 p.m., Monday–Friday from mid-June through late August, with gymnastics, ninja obstacle courses, games, crafts and open play.

My daughter and one of her friends are autistic and struggle with following directions/being part of group activities. They were beyond understanding and kind. Doing everything they could to ensure all the kids had a good time. Their kindness meant so much to myself and my family. My daughter also does private lessons with Miss. Madison, who is incredible to work with. I'd highly recommend doing private lessons and/or having your next birthday party here!

The staff is safe, knowledgeable are great with children. This studio is clearly the best if your child is up for competition level gymnastics or wants to be! The staff is great and they teach them everything they need to be a champion! We love HOH!
