Wilmington has some solid training facilities, but Harbor already feels like it’s bringing something different to the table. This is a modern, athlete-first environment with high-level coaching and tech. You can tell this wasn’t thrown together just to rent cages or run workouts… there’s a real vision behind it. What stood out most to us was the balance between serious performance training and a positive culture that actually motivates athletes to keep showing up and improving. The facility is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed. My kids want to go there right after school until night time to hit with friends and train. Harbor feels like a big step forward for the area, and we’re excited to watch it grow.
