From the initial booking to the day of the party, their head coordinator communicated with us all along. The bday package comes with pizza, drinks, decorations, and on-hand staff which looked after the children in the gym area. They had so many fun activities set up for the kids: a giant jumping ballon slide, a swinging rope, trampoline, an obstacle course, etc. The decorations were well done, they provided utensils, helped pass cake to our guests - truly went above and beyond. If you’re thinking about booking here for your kid’s birthday, DO IT, you won’t regret it!

It has the cleanliness and the equipment for a corporate place but the atmosphere of a family owned establishment (and it is family owned). My toddler was scared of the equipment and exercises in Kinder Ninja but his two coaches took their time with him and now he keeps asking to go back. He's definitely warmed up to the exercises and become more confident and adventurous. He did start throwing a fit when it was time to leave but his coach was gentle with him. I was able to sit where he could see me and there are ample cubbies for shoes. They have a snack bar and 5 private restrooms for families waiting. They also have a restroom with a diaper changing station. I used to have my toddler in swim and I just enrolled my daughter in Water Babies. The pool was always warm and clean and the instructors were always sweet, making sure the kids had fun. The locker room for the pool is very cold which is my only complaint but it had plenty of space and private stalls for changing and private bathrooms as well as a large communal space. There are cubbies for swim bags.
