They really enjoy all the activities that are helping them improve their handling of the basketball. The parcour coach is also amazing. Grit has been an amazing addition to our activity circuit and it was a total hit for my son’s 4th birthday. The space is beautiful, expansive, and packed with fun activities for kids. Peyton and the team did a fantastic job with our birthday party, and the coaches, Danielle, Lucille, and Diego, were incredibly helpful in getting everything set up and making sure both the kids and adults had a great time. Grit’s holiday camps have also been such a lifesaver with all of our schools’ days off. We’re excited to keep coming back for more!

We had a very disappointing experience with Grit Sports Training last month. They charged our credit card $549 without notice, authorization, or a receipt, and despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone, we have received no response. We booked a December party for our son about 2 months in advance. 3 days before the event, the owner informed us that they had double-booked parties and could no longer honor our original time. To compensate for the inconvenience and last-minute change, the owner offered—both verbally and in writing via email—that the party would be provided for the deposit only, with no additional charges. The change caused significant disruption on our side. We spent considerable time notifying guests about the new timing, and because the new time fell during dinner, we also spent $$$ ordering catering so that guests would not have to worry about dinner or decide not to come. At the end of the party, we tipped the coaches generously for their efforts to make the event enjoyable despite the late hours. A few days after the party, we discovered that Grit charged our credit card an additional $549, contradicting the agreement. We have tried repeatedly to resolve this directly by emailing and calling the business, but have received no response. Hosting a party at a vendor should be stress-free. We had thought we only needed to book the time, order pizza, and bring a cake. Instead, this experience created a lot of headaches on our side, and we ended up spending a significant amount of time resolving issues.
