We visited for my child's birthday. When we went 3 of the 5 slides were out of order... Only 1 slide for bigger kids. They are renovating in May so I'm hopeful our next visit will be more fun. There was a code brown that shut down the lazy river... The lady was really rude to me as I was getting out of the water and the other young lady I tried to speak to acted annoyed that I was asking her a question. My kid had a good time it just wasn't a great experience this time. Vending machine is also quite expensive so bring snacks!

Wouldn’t recommend!!!! The workers there are so disrespectful and honestly stupid. I dropped my son off there a few weeks ago and he called me not even 30 minutes after saying they kicked him out for screaming well going down the slide. When arriving there they had my son waiting soaked down in the front with 2 workers as if he just committed a crime. When I asked what happened they tried to lie and alter what they told my son but luckily he recorded it all and he even recorded them yelling and cussing at him for walking away from them because they told him to get out. They claimed he was being disrespectful and that a lot of people were mad about him screaming well going down the slide. Still even though I was there they were still babying my son and pretending to be all nice and then told him that he needs to leave now or they will call the police. At this point I was fed up and told them something and left nobody is about to disrespect my child !

I just signed up at this awesome place in October. My family and I absolutely love it. My daughter loves the kiddy pool and lazy river. Very convenient location. This place has everything you need, besides a heavy bag. I’m a Mixed Martial Artists and I was really bummed to see they don’t have a heavy bag. But the reason I give Funplex only 3 stars. Is because the lack of kindness from the young staff in the pool area. It’s beyond me how these kiddos got hired in the first place. We experienced very immature attitudes, poor communication and just very unfriendly personalities. Other than that. We have had no problems.

Great family recreation center! My grandsons love to come here to swim and play miniature golf.

Loved the pool!!!! My kids played for hours. My kids favorite pastime was going ‘round and ‘round in the (not so lazy) lazy river. The kids area was fun. Both big slides were fun, though I found the green twisty slide to scratch my back a bit. The blue slide was super fun. There’s one plunge slide that was closed, and a passing kid and said it’s open sometimes for swim lessons and on some other random occasions (I can’t verify that). Pool area hours were 12-8pm, which is a nice block of time compared to other indoor rec pools. We went on a Friday when schools were out, and it wasn’t too crowded. The pool closed for the last 10 minutes of every hour for adult swim like a normal rec pool would do. Would definitely return, and overall I thought it was much better than many of the reviews insinuate.
