I was recommended to give this daycare a try, and I enrolled my son in the 2-year-old classroom. Unfortunately, after only one week, I had to remove him. During that time, I personally witnessed two teachers interacting with my son in a way that I found concerning and inappropriate for toddlers. Instead of redirecting him with patience and care, they told him to “go away” and did not handle the situation in a supportive or constructive manner. At this age, children require guidance, patience, and understanding—not dismissal. What was most concerning is that the behavior I observed did not match the professionalism presented to parents. Because of this experience, I no longer felt comfortable leaving my child in their care. I encourage other parents to be mindful and, if possible, observe the classroom environment closely

I’ve had a very concerning experience with this daycare. My child has come home several times with injuries—some unexplained. She often comes home extremely hungry and thirsty, to the point where her water cup has been empty at pickup and she immediately drinks a full cup when I give her one in the car. Today , she even had a noticeable mark on her eyebrow, but when I asked what happened, the staff could not give me an answer and simply shrugged. Additionally, I’ve observed that when I arrive, one staff member is often sitting while the other is left to handle everything. Today, my child was sobbing uncontrollably, and I could not get a clear explanation for why. I am very concerned about the level of supervision and care being provided here. Parents deserve to feel confident that their children are safe, cared for, and attended to, and unfortunately I cannot say that has been the case.

Grace Academy has been amazing for my kids, my youngest went to pre k at grace and LOVED Mrs. Hurley and Ms. Jennifer! My oldest now goes to Grace for daycare and aftercare and it's just overall a great enviorment. Grace academy communication is amazing and always keeps parents in the loop. I love this place so grateful they keep my kids safe and make them feel loved.

It’ll be a year next month since moving to GA. I am grateful that I found such a warm and caring environment for my first baby at just 4 months old which was not easy for me emotionally. The teachers are phenomenal as well as the administrative staff. If I ever had any concerns they were immediately addressed and never had to sit on worry. They feel like family for my daughter ❤️
