Gorge Retreat runs Mitchell Point Summer Camp, a week-long outdoor day camp for ages 7–14 on an 8-acre property overlooking the Columbia River near Hood River. Campers swim in a spring-fed pond, build tree forts with hand and power tools, and take part in science and applied-math activities, disc golf, a forest ropes course with zip lines, gardening and cooking. Families can enroll for one or multiple weeks.
