She refused to let me enter even for a one-time paid visit, despite the fact that I had booked a slot through the website, followed all the listed instructions, and came all the way from downtown by 25$ taxi just to swim. I have never experienced such stubbornness and lack of basic human respect. Pure heartlessness.
