They have pretty much every workout machine from walking, biking, arms, legs, and others. They have a gym, bathroom, and showers. They have snacks and drinks ranging $.50-3. They have seating and a bike rack out front. It is in a good part of town- next to the car wash and down the block from Culligan, the liquor store, and laundry mat. Would not recommend using the website to purchase a membership because it is deceiving. Busy in the afternoons, quiet in the mornings.
