★Kenzie GraceI wish I can go back to camp lesson, but for whatever reason that’s something happened to me at camp glycerin it wasn’t fair that I got kicked out of camp and I can’t go back no more but I think that you should give everyone another chance and I think it’s pretty not so friendly that you don’t give everyone a chance I think you should give me one more chance do you kind of feel bad that I’m not there
★★★★★Chelsea SanduskyTRULY HOLY DIRT! Camp Glisson has been absolutely formative in my life - from being a camper, to a CIT, to a CREW, to a Village and Sparrowwood counselor for 3 summers. Sprinkle in the spring and fall retreats in high school, a "God's calling" leadership retreat, and the women's ministry event I attended as an adult. I even went on a Hurricane Katrina relief mission trip with other staff/alumni through Glisson. At Glisson, I have grown so much in my walk with the Lord. I was so blessed to drive up from Florida in Nov. 2025 to introduce my kids to Camp Glisson as part of the last 100th anniversary weekend. I'll cherish all my time at Glisson in my heart forever!

She is already talking about next year. From the parents perspective the experience was also excellent. I highly recommend Glisson to any parent looking for a summer camp for their kid that is within an hour of Atlanta, faith based and in a beautiful setting. My kid's favorite thing may have been idle time that she spent with her new friends sharing and connecting in between activities and meals but that is just to say that she loved everything about Glisson.
★★★★Sidnee FreemanI had a pretty cool experience. The group I came with wasn’t exactly being led by the Glisson Camp itself so I think my experience is probably much different than previous campers. The camp was very relaxing. Loved visiting the water fall. Lunches were okay. Very childish. Definitely felt a little “Parent Trap”-ish at times. The cabins were clean. Beds uncomfortable. Lots of walking. Good experience overall.
