This has been the worst basketball league my child has played for. They don’t teach the children fundamentals. The coach did not do proper warm ups, stretching or workouts prior to the game starting. He literally just let the kids shoot until the game started. I was very upset because I did not have this experience with baseball so my expectations for basketball did not get met. I did not appreciate how the coach talked to the kids, it was completely inappropriate. Sad to say I would never allow my child to play basketball for that league. Waste of money. It really discouraged my child and affected his confidence. He now plays for other leagues in the Henrico area and is thriving!

I agree with the previous review. This league is definitely racist. This years experience was so disgusting! Referees and administration were completely unprofessional. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS RECREATIONAL LEAGUE for Basketball at least. Definitely do your research and if an alternative option is available and you truly want your child to have fun, build momentum and have a good game and team experience go elsewhere.
