The Gilbert Community Center is a City of Gilbert facility in the Heritage District offering classes, activities, and special events, largely serving adults 50 and older along with area families. The city's kids summer camp (Kidz Kamp) runs at the separate Freestone Recreation Center, not at this community center.

★★★★★Ariana CritzerAmazing rec center, main location for senior events and gatherings. But this building is full of people 0-100 that's the best part, is welcome for everyone. Haven't ever meet a single unfriendly staff member. I've loved all the adults classes I've taken and youth classes for all my children throughout the years.
★★★★★Robin GutierrezThis place is amazing. They have a great adaptive program for adults with special needs.
★★★★Jashan LodhaSomeone hosted an event here, I went, very clear, safe, not run-down, nice building. Nice venue. Well-maintained. In overall good-shape. No reason to complain and the outside area and parking lot are great too!
