Genesis Health Clubs runs 'Mighty Camp,' a summer day camp for kids ages 5-12 (Kansas campers must have completed kindergarten), open to members and non-members. Campers try sports, swim, take field trips, and do STEAM, cooking, life-skills, improv, and yoga activities. This is a location of the Genesis Health Clubs chain; camp hosting at this club follows the chain's Mighty Camp program.

Powered by GoogleI just picked up two full bags of tennis balls from Kyle. I am a teacher in 501 and we use the used tennis balls to protect the tile floors. What a surprise when Kyle came out with a bag in each hand to donate to my little kindergarteners next year. Love that we can reuse the t. balls…and love that it will also keep my room quieter as we scoot chairs and desks around. Can’t thank them enough…Many thanks to Jeff who I talked to and Kyle for the delivery of such a heaping surprise!
I was in Topeka for a brief visit and wanted to fit in a workout. Since I am already a member, I stopped by the facility. When I inquired about the available TV stations, I was met with sarcasm; I noticed that all the TVs were displaying Fox News. My intention was to get a balanced view and see both sides. I was informed that only three stations are available on the cardio side. On the weight side, CNN was playing. Additionally, I observed that no one cleaned or wiped down the equipment after use. Overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing.
Great place to work out. And steam room is awesome. The staff is very coherent. Many activities here. You don't have to bring nothing they supply towels and soap in the Showers. Which are always working. 🦅
Things need to change. I've been a member since you came to town and I am in the gym 5:30 am daily. The place is a mess. You can finds weights left everywhere. Half the time you have to look for dumbbells over in the blue carpeted area. Today one of the class started taking dumb bells from the weight room and taking them to a class leaving the rest of us without dumb bells for 1 hr. (UNACCEPTABLE). This place is not being managed in the evening.
I joined Genesis years ago. I love that they take care of my small humans while I work out. My son is 14 now and works out. Bought him a shake card, they keep on file, so he can get protien shakes with creatine and glutamine after his workout. Its a short walk from the house giving him freedom and a positive place to get away.
