I go to multiple gyms in town and this is one of my favorites! The machines are all great ones, it's always clean, has a sauna and is never overly busy.

The staff is always friendly, and for the most part the gym is very clean. I do wish they would get some new equipment. Not having a hack squat is really disappointing. As someone who has a knee replacement early in life, I can’t do traditional barbell squats, and their Vsquat machine is very old, I keep hoping they get rid of that and get a nice Hack Squat that can also be turned into a leg press. Two machine in 1. Other than that I love it here. I usually work out at 5 Am so the cowed is limited and I can get in and get out fairly quickly!
