I moved from Canada to Louisville. And I was looking for a good tennis classes for my little one. It was great. Tennis classes was unbelievable good. And, the swim pool in other locations was super clean and great. Unfortunately, after six months we decided to back to Canada. I shared the situation with the manager of the club and he was super helpful and cancelled my membership according to my leaving date from Louisville. My experience was great with genesis health club. Thank you so much !

I had a great experience here while I was in Louisville visiting family. The facility was clean, well maintained, and had a welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. The manager, Veronica, was truly awesome. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and helped make the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about the member experience.
