Powered by GoogleGenesis is a great gym. Haven’t workout in a while and almost 50 years old and I don’t feel judged. Staff is friendly and kind!
Started coming here in January, we switched gyms to here for many reasons. Daycare, basketball court, and the awesome variety of equipment. I also love our kids can get a workout in with us. They don't often, but nice it's an option. The remodel is looking great, and looking forward to it being done! I do recommend this club.
The renovations for this club has been great. My problem is myself and others attend a body flow class at 9:00 am on Thursday and they are removing it from the class schedule with no replacement. The attendance can vary but normally we have 8 to 10 or more people in class. As members we are frustrated that this class is being removed. We pay for a membership that supports the club and I would think as a business you would want to keep your members happy.
I have been working out with my son at this location for almost 13 months. My son turned 12 in November. Today after 13 months I was told he can’t be in the weight room Since he’s under 13 mid workout. The individual that I talked to was very unpleasant and could use some coaching in how to talk to customers. The prior GM told us the policy was that my son could work out as long as I was present even though he was 11 at the time. We have been working out at this location an average of 3 times per week together for 13 months. I left lifetime fitness after 6 years to be able to lift with my 11 year old son. The new GM handled the conversation well and was understanding why I was cancelling our memberships due to this new “enforcement” The rest of the staff is friendly with the exception of the individual that approached us - I believe he is the assistant manager. Most likely won’t be back or recommend the location based on today’s interaction. As well as dealing with a constant state of construction at the location for the past 12 months.
If I could give this club 0 stars I would. I went into this gym on February 2024 to cancel my membership they handed me a piece of paper and had me fill out my information and told me my next bill would still be billed out. They have been billing me $60/mo for the last 2 years for a gym membership that should have been cancelled. When I called their customer service team they told me that no such request had been filed and no credits could be applied to me. They charged me almost $1500 over the last 2 years for their own mistake and now are refusing to do anything about it.
