Poor administration, they say they do it for free but what is it they do for free? No lights, weeds everywhere, nobody answers phones or emails,

This is the first and last time I will sign my child up to this league. I enrolled her in softball BEFORE registration deadline. Emailed the staff a week AFTER the season was set to start as I had received ZERO communication from the league or assigned coach/team and to this day, I have yet to receive a response. I called the phone number on file multiple times and have received no response. I even sent an Instagram message 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. I understand this league is ran by volunteers however I did my part. I paid the fee on time and have tried to communicate multiple times to get my daughter started. If there isn't enough staff or children signed up to get going, THEN STOP TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY. I am not the only parent who shares this frustration. Thank god paypal will be reimbursing me. GBSL, get it together and stop wasting people's time and money.

*it did not allow me to choose zero stars* I signed my daughter up for TBALL and have called, text, sent emails, and left voice mails. Nobody calls me back. I understand it is run by people that are volunteering but I am a paying customer and would appreciate the respect of returning my call. I do not want to discuss my personal situation in public, but I would like to let other people know to look elsewhere when signing up their child for baseball, TBALL, or softball.

Beware if you are starting your child in t-ball or baseball for the first time with this league. My son only attended one practice and was not interested in playing one bit, therefore I informed them that he didn't want to play and requested a refund. I called, emailed and left numerous messages and they didn't have the audacity to even call me back. They are very unprofessional and very unorganized. There are so many other leagues out there that have their stuff together and I will not be coming back in the future to enroll any of my children with this league

Great place for youth baseball and softball. Staff is great and very helpful. Coaches, players and parents all get alone and its very family orientated. Fields and lights are in good shape and restrooms are clean. My kids have been playing here for 2 yrs and love coming. I highly recommended GBSL to any parent. All around great place.
